I absolutely love my memorial stone. I ordered it for my ole man's father who passed a few years ago. My item was was shipped very quickly & was received in less than a week from order date. Deborah also wrote a small note on my invoice. It wasn't much , just showing sympathy for the loss of his loved one but it was the fact that she took time to even write it. That small act there showed me how much love and care goes into making their products. Will definitely buy again , if needed.
