At Giftsake, since each item is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns.

While we take great care in packaging and delivering your order, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we request you to follow these steps:

Inspect Your Order: Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents carefully to ensure that everything is in order.

Provide Details: When contacting us, kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and if possible, attach relevant photographs that clearly show the problem.

Please note that any claims regarding damages, defects, or wrong items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may not be able to process requests reported after this time frame.

Cancellation Policy:

As we begin processing personalized orders soon after they are placed, we allow a cancellation period of 5 hours from the time of order placement. After this time, cancellations may not be possible, especially if production has already commenced.
