I've ordered at least six concrete stones from MemorialGiftsandmore (we've had a lot of pets) and this was the first time we had an issue. Generally the memorial stones are easy to order, shipped out in a timely manner, high quality and arrive in good shape. This time a corner was broken off-- I'm guessing the shipper accidentally dropped the box. A replacement was shipped out to us at no additional charge right away and it arrived in great shape.
