Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha-olam, asher kid'shanu b'mitzvotav v'tzivanu likboa mezuzah.

English translation: 

Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe, who has sanctified us with Your commandments and commanded us to affix a mezuzah.
